Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, if one or more of the below conditions are met. Please notify us and return the item in its original packaging. In such cases, we will send you another product or refund the payment.

Customers can cancel or return/refund an order in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong product was shipped by GoKahraba
  • The product was defective or damaged in shipping.
  • The product was tampered with.
  • Out of stock/unavailability of the product
  • Product does not pass the pre-shipment quality inspection done by GoKahraba; we will inform you and cancel the order in this case.
  • It is not a customized, non-standard or “special” item for e.g. cut cables in non-standard lengths. Returns will not be accepted for such products unless the wrong products were shipped, or they were damaged in transit.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order by writing to [email protected]. The shipment process starts once the payment is completed; so order cancellation is not permitted after this stage.

Delivery Policy

The products will be delivered via our delivery service or via a courier service. Currently, we only deliver within the U.A.E.

Items can also be picked up by the customer from one of our stores (without a delivery charge). We will schedule the pick up date and time and notify you via the registered e-mail ID.

We endeavor to deliver all in-stock items immediately. However, the typical delivery time for products is 2-4 days from receipt of payment.

Multiple Shipment/ Orders / Bookings

We do not accept multiple shipments in one order. All items in one order will be shipped together to the customer, unless communicated in advance with the customer.

If multiple orders are placed, they will be treated as separate orders in all aspects. The delivery charges will apply to each order unless waived at GoKahraba’s discretion. The products will be delivered via our delivery service or via a courier service.



Additional Notes:

  • After placing the order, the customer will receive an order receipt. This is simply an acknowledgement and does not signify acceptance or confirmation of the order.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any given reason.
  • If some stock is unavailable for the products ordered, we reserve the right to supply the available quantity. This will be informed to you in advance before processing the payment.
  • We might require additional verification before accepting the order which will be communicated with you in advance.
  • The user is to make sure that all personal data provided is accurate and up to date. Users are expected to review their order before confirming it. We are not responsible for sending emails or parcels to the wrong email address or shipping destination respectively, if the form is incorrectly filled out.
  • Orders that are made during promotions last only until quantities last.
  • The management retains the right to cancel any order that has been tampered with and strict action will be taken against any fraud or ill intentions.
  • The user can expect the order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and the payment verification is completed successfully. Orders will be processed only during our working hours; 8am to 5pm from Saturday to Thursday. Any order that comes after 5pm, will be processed on the next working day. No orders will be processed during weekends (Friday) and holidays.
  • Order acknowledgement and any status change updates on your orders will be provided via the registered email ID. You can also view this information by logging in to your account on
  • Payment Process. The payment link will be shared once stock availability and lead time for the same is confirmed and accepted by the customer, respectively.
  • Payment Confirmation. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  • The user may request to cancel an order up until before the order payment is processed. Please review our cancellation policy.
  • The customer will receive an invoice inside their parcel when it is delivered or collected from the store. A digital copy of each invoice will be shared via the registered email address upon completion of order delivery. The invoice will also be made available in your Account under the Orders section.
  • If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the website or the ordering process, customer service may be contacted during working hours via [email protected]. We aim to return to all customer service inquiries within 48 business working hours.
